How to Scan Collectibles

  1. Open the Hobbys.ai app and tap the camera icon
  2. Point your camera at the collectible (good lighting helps!)
  3. Take a clear photo - include front and back for cards
  4. L.I.S.A. will analyze and identify the item with 95%+ accuracy
  5. View grading estimates, market prices from eBay, Target, Best Buy, and Amazon
  6. Save to your collection or ask L.I.S.A. follow-up questions

L.I.S.A. achieves 95%+ accuracy for identification using Google's Gemini AI. Grading estimates are based on visible condition and should be confirmed by professional graders (PSA, BGS, CGC) for high-value items.

Where does pricing data come from?

We pull real-time data from eBay sold listings, Target, Best Buy, Amazon, and other market sources to provide accurate price estimates and help you find the best deals.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days per our privacy policy.

Is my collection data private?

Yes! Your collection is private by default. You control what to share through privacy settings and Hobbys Hub (our community feature). We never sell your data.

How do I get the best scan results?

Use good lighting (natural light works best), take clear focused photos, include both front and back of cards, and photograph any notable damage or wear for accurate grading.

The app won't load or is crashing

Try these steps: 1) Check your internet connection, 2) Force close and restart the app, 3) Update to the latest version from App Store/Google Play, 4) Restart your device. If issues persist, contact us.
