By accessing or using any services provided by Vibe Technology LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our websites, applications (such as Hobbys.ai), and technology solutions ("Services"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

About Vibe Technology: We provide innovative technology solutions including AI-powered mobile applications (Hobbys.ai with L.I.S.A.), 3D printing services (3D Print Vibe), cloud solutions, and custom software development.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services independently
• Users 13-17 may use the Services with parental consent
• Users under 13 are not permitted to use our Services
• We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts that violate age requirements

2.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining account security via Google or Apple sign-in
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are liable for all activities under your account
• One account per person; no sharing accounts or credentials

3. User Content

3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our Services ("Your Content"), including photos of collectibles, collection data, and communications with L.I.S.A.

3.2 License to Use

By uploading content, you grant Vibe Technology LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and display Your Content within your account
• Process Your Content through our AI systems (L.I.S.A.) for analysis
• Share Your Content based on your privacy settings (Hobbys Hub)
• Create anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

3.3 Content Standards

Your Content must not:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Violate the privacy of others
• Be fraudulent or misleading about collectible authenticity
• Contain malware or harmful code
• Spam or abuse community features (Hobbys Hub)

4. Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information including collection data and L.I.S.A. conversations.

4.2 Data Security Commitment

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
• OAuth 2.0 authentication via Google and Apple
• Firebase Security Rules for database access control
• Regular security audits and updates

4.3 Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information and collection data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your collection data
• Control sharing settings for Hobbys Hub

• Do not attempt to manipulate or abuse AI systems
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes or fraud
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
• Scrape or harvest data from our Services
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Circumvent any security measures or usage limits
• Impersonate others or create fake identities
• Engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• Post counterfeit collectibles as authentic
• Abuse L.I.S.A. or attempt prompt injection attacks

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Vibe Technology Property

The Services, including but not limited to:

• L.I.S.A. AI system and all personalities
• Software code and architecture
• AI models and training methodologies
• User interface designs and graphics
• Logos, trademarks, and branding (Hobbys.ai, 3D Print Vibe, Vibe Technology)
• Documentation and content we create

are owned by Vibe Technology LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of L.I.S.A. or our Services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract AI models or training data
• Redistribute or resell any part of our Services
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use our Services to develop competing products

8. Fees and Subscriptions

8.1 Hobbys.ai Pricing

• Free tier: Basic scanning, limited L.I.S.A. chat, collection management
• Premium: $0.99/month or $9.99/year for unlimited features
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
• Subscriptions processed through Apple App Store or Google Play

8.2 Refunds

• Subscription refunds handled by Apple or Google per their policies
• Custom development projects: refunds per individual agreement

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Continuous, uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation or 100% AI accuracy
• Accuracy of grading estimates or market prices
• Security from all potential threats

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBE TECHNOLOGY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or collection value
• Decisions made based on L.I.S.A.'s analysis
• Damages exceeding fees paid in the last 12 months (or $100 for free users)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Technology LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Binding Arbitration

12. General Provisions

12.1 Termination

• You may terminate by deleting your account via Settings > Account > Delete Account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your license to use Services ends immediately
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account termination

12.2 Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Effective Date: Updated Terms become effective 30 days after posting
• Notice: We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app
• Continued Use: Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between you and Vibe Technology LLC, superseding any prior agreements.

12.4 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
